SOLUTIONS DESIGN
Solutions design concerns the creation and development of software
solutions that facilitate the inter-operability of hardware and software
components, which together form sub-assemblies. Design solutions include:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Technical support concerns the provision of technical advice and assistance
to both our customers and the clients of our customers.
Technical Support is offered to customers and clients on an annual,
renewable contract for a fixed fee and includes:
- Advice and support on the correction of product faults
- Advice on development strategies of supported products for commercial
purposes (Note: excludes solutions design)
- 1st Level Response provides telephone advice on
the steps to be taken to achieve a satisfactory correction of any
product fault
- 2nd Level Response provides additional investigative
work and, if necessary, modification of products to achieve a satisfactory
resolution of the fault
