Systemic Realtime Design develops SH4-based Computer On Module (COM) for fanless replacement of single board computers. With embedded capabilities far exceeding the standard PC, the COM has been utilized in factory and industrial automation systems requiring real-time communications, high-end motor control (including vectorless) as well as ability to provide an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI).

Systemic Realtime Design participates in Renesas Technology Developers' Conference (DevCon '08). SRD was invited to present their scripting control of Controller Area Network (CAN) based automation systems. In the lab, SRD demonstrated how the network was expandable and easily modified to manage additional expansion after original system has been implemented. Participants comments that the use of a collaborative ellevator application brought the technology into the real world for them.

Systemic Realtime Design presents their real-time solar tracking system inside the Renesas Technology ESC San Jose booth. Using Renesas microcontroller and microprocessors, SRD has created an expandable and targetable system for complex management of solar panels.

Systemic Realtime Design becomes a Platinum Partner for Renesas Technology America. This honor has only been bestowed seven times as of December 2009. This recognition is for the technical expertise and dedication to quality which SRD has provided since 1999.
